Refund policy

At Magic Motion Production LLC, we care deeply about client satisfaction and creative integrity. Every project we take on is handled with professional care, whether it’s a simple branded video or a full-scale custom production. While we strive to get everything right, we recognize that there may be rare occasions where a refund is appropriate. This policy explains when and how that applies.

We currently offer two types of video services:
— Premade videos that are customized with your branding
— Fully custom video production created from scratch

Each service follows a fair and transparent refund structure.


1. Premade Videos with Custom Branding

These are pre-designed video templates that we tailor with your specific branding — like your logo, tagline, colors, and business info. You get to preview the template before purchase, so you know the structure and style in advance.

You may request a refund if:
— The final branded version fails to meet basic professional standards
— We are unable to deliver the final version at all
— Your request is submitted within three (3) calendar days of receiving the final file

Refunds are not applicable if:
— You simply change your mind or prefer a different style after delivery
— The final product has minor design differences that still match the preview
— The video has already been downloaded, shared, published, or used commercially in any form

We aim to make our branding customizations as clean and professional as possible, but subjective preferences alone aren’t a valid reason for a refund.


2. Fully Custom Video Production

These projects are built from scratch and involve scriptwriting, animation, voice-over work, and deep collaboration between you and our team. Because of this complexity, refunds are handled with extra care.

You may request a refund if:
— You participated in the production process, but the final output clearly fails to meet the agreed scope or a basic professional standard
— The request is made within three (3) calendar days of final delivery
— The video has not yet been used, published, or distributed in any form

Refunds will not be approved if:
— The video was produced according to your approved script or feedback
— The content was finalized and then broadcasted, shared online, or used for business
— You simply changed your vision or preferences after completion

We provide update checkpoints during production, so you’ll always have a chance to steer the creative direction early on.


3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the terms above, you’ll need to send an email to hello@magicmotionproduction.com within three days of receiving your final file.

Please include the following details:
— Your full name and the name of your project
— Order ID or invoice reference
— A clear explanation of the issue and why you believe the project did not meet expectations

Our team will review the request within 7 business days and respond with a decision. If your refund is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank.


4. Final Notes

We don’t take refunds lightly — not because we’re difficult, but because video production takes significant time, planning, and energy from both sides. That said, we’ll always listen, always be fair, and always try to make things right when there’s a genuine problem.
